No Return Policy

• There is no return after the product is delivered.

• Customers may request an exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery only if the product is damaged during transit and they provide a clear unboxing video as proof to support the claim.

• Return or exchange is applicable only on selected products, as mentioned on the respective product page.

• Requests raised after the 10-day eligibility period will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellations are permitted only before the product is shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website or support channels.

• Customers must contact us immediately after placing the order to request a cancellation.

Return / Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

• Products returned without original packaging or tags will not be accepted

• The exchange request must be supported by a valid unboxing video showing the damage clearly

Exchange Process

• If a pickup service is available at the customer’s location, it will be arranged by us.

• If pickup service is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our designated address.

• Exchange-related charges, including reverse shipping or re-delivery fees, may apply on a case-to-case basis and will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Refund Policy

• We currently follow a No Refund Policy.

• Once the returned product is received and verified, only an exchange will be processed in case of a damaged or defective product supported by a valid unboxing video.

• Refunds in cash, bank transfer, or original payment mode are not provided under any circumstances.
